Non GMO meat-free soy peptone suitable for lower ABV high purity fermentation system
Soy peptone is an enzymatic hydrolyzate of soybean meal designed as a nitrogen source for industrial fermentation. Naturally occurring polyphenols in soybeans may be potential inhibitors of certain bacterial strains.

It has been passed through trial testing by a leading company in brewer industry. Its fermentation performance is of potential interest for use in lower ABV and high purity fermentation systems. The quality of alcohol received in the testing just slightly inferior to other competitors for lower ABV application.
