What is Protein Hydrolysate?
They are a complex mixture of Amino Acids that are produced through hydrolysis. Hydrolysis is a method of adding water to a material (i.e., Soy, Peas, Sweet Potatoes) in the process of using a catalyst (i.e. Enzymes) in the breakdown of the material. Protein Hydrolysates are widely used in the Medical, Wellness, Agriculture, and Microbial industries.
